Studio & Event Space Deposit

If you have requested a booking to hire our Photo Studio or Event Space, please secure your booking with a payment of the appropriate deposit as detailed in the email that has been sent to you to confirm the details for the date, time and requirements for your booking

Minimum deposit payable is:

 - £25 for bookings up to 4 hours

 - £50 for bookings up to 8 hours

 - £100 for bookings of multiple days

PLEASE NOTE

 - if you amend or postpone your booking more than 24 hours in advance, the full amount of your deposit will be applied to your revised / amended booking

 - if you cancel without rebooking more than 48 hours prior to your booking, 100% of your deposit will be refunded

 - if you cancel without rebooking less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your booking, 50% of your deposit will be refunded

 - if you cancel without rebooking less than 24 hours prior to your booking, 100% of your deposit will be retained
